Sun setting in the horizon,
Brings hope to my dearest heart;
Came a promise yet to be fulfilled:
Of the wonderful scene of love.
Love that I have from infancy;
That will stick with me to the grave;
Delight springs in my heart,
Whenever I see him.
Cherished I have for every moment,
Of being in union with him.
Day before yesterday, as I was walking home, it was just about to turn dark but on top of the mountain, the moon was just turning up and gazed at me with powerful beam. Around me I saw the freshness of the dying day, which will be very gloomy if not for the full moon sprouting up. My heart leap at the thought of a full moon and it never ceased to brighten up my heart with its brilliant look and radiant smile.
I am drunk with its soft and tender touch; hoping that its richness will feed me of the love that I am missing.
I feel bare and transparent under its gaze. It has bared my soul since my childhood days and I always enjoyed its company whenever I have time to steal.
Memories flash back of its amazing catwalk back in 2005 when we visit Arunachal Pradesh. It was then a tiny beam, but amidst the sparks of millions of twinkling stars was a thrilling sight leaving us all speechless. We just lay flat on the road and gazed and gazed, forgetting our hunger and tiredness. The sights enchant us and we forgot all our worries and pain.
Then yesterday, due to thick cloud I was not able to see it loom out as I walk home in the evening.
